The spacious, detached house is set in nearly a 1/4 acre of land with a large, secluded rear garden. The rear gravel drive has ample parking for several vehicles.
The driveway is gated making it safe for children. There is a barbecue at the rear for some outdoor cooking!

There are 2 large lounges in Dyffryn House, the main lounge has plenty of seating, a large flatscreen TV with DVD player, Freeview and a Wii console. There is also a small HiFi in the lounge plus plenty of boardgames, books and DVD's.
The second lounge has 2 sofa's and a dining area. There is access directly to the hot tub from the second lounge.
Dyffryn House sleeps 12 adults comfortably and also has extra put you up beds and 2 travel cots so please speak to us directly if your group is larger.
There are six bedrooms in Dyffryn House:
The large master bedroom has a Kingsize bed with an on suite shower and bathroom. It has plenty of space to accommodate a travel cot (or two!) if necessary.
The downstairs bedroom has a double bed, access to the rear patio and a single sofa bed. There is also a downstairs toilet and sink opposite making it ideal for the elderly.
The light and airy 'Green Room' overlooks the rear garden and is a very large bedroom which can be made up as either a double or twin bed room. There is also plenty of space left in the room for optional camp beds or a travel cot.
The Blue Room is another room that can be made up as either a double or twin beds.
The Pink Room overlooks the rear garden and can be set up as either a twin bed room or double bed. It's subtle pink tones make it a firm favourite with the girls!
Finally the bunk room has full size bunk beds which can accommodate children or adults.
Dyffryn House has a travel cot to save you trying to fit yours in the car - the only thing you need to do is bring your own bedding for them.
One of Dyffryn House's most popular features is the Hot Tub! With room for six adults and a temperature setting that's always on high it's a great place to be. It can be used any time of the year - it's a particularly pleasant place to be in the evenings and is great for soothing the muscles after a long day walking, cycling or looking after the little ones! We do ask that the hot tub is only used until 10:30pm at the latest out of respect for the neighbours.
The kitchen in Dyffryn House is both spacious and well equipped. With a 6 hob range cooker, plenty of workspace and a dining table that sits 8 the kitchen is often the hub of the house.
It is equipped with everything you need to cater for large groups and plenty of glasses, crockery and cutlery too.
There are also two babies high chairs so no need to pack your own.
There is a built in dishwasher to make life a little bit easier after a big meal! There are 3 fridges and a freezer to store all of your food (and drink!) for the week.
The utility room is equipped with a washing machine, airing rack, ironing board and iron to make sure you can look your best at all times!
Our second lounge overlooks the hot tub and garden and provides extra seating as well as a large dining table and seating. Great for family meals or playing a few games while others relax in the hot tub.
With such a large house it's important to have enough bathrooms and Dyffryn House has 3.
Upstairs there is a main bathroom with a full size bath, a separate shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet.
The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom which has a shower, hand basin and toilet.
The downstairs bathroom has a hand basin and toilet.
Dyffryn House is also equipped with free Wi-Fi.
Bedlinen is provided for all of the beds. Extra bedlinen can be provided for the sofa bed / camp beds at a small additional cost.
Bath towels, hand towels and tea towels can provided for guests for a small additional charge, however we would ask that you bring your own towels for use at the beach and with the hot tub.
Pets are welcome - there is a small additional charge. We request that guest keep pets to the ground floor.
Dyffryn House operates a strict no smoking or vaping policy inside the house.
The house is wheelchair accessible with direct access through the front door and a downstairs bedroom. There is no downstairs bath or shower but there is a toilet and handbasin downstairs.
Check-In time is from 3.00pm onwards although please contact us to see if you can check in earlier as we can sometimes accommodate this. Check out time is 10:00am unless by prior arrangement.
For guests staying for a fortnight (or longer) we can arrange a cleaner to come and clean half way through the stay for a small extra cost.
